Basement, can be a workshop space or rec/rumpus room or “man cave” plus office! It has a big covered lanai with a great view, utility room with W/D, dishwasher, plus solar water heater to reduce electric bills. The basement, deck & utility room make for a bigger house, but bedrooms are not large.
