I am looking for a storage and work space with a roll up door and concrete floor min 500 sq ft to 1500sf must be drive in space with a bathroom and small office inside. where I can clean, repair and sell major household appliances, office furniture, and/or other repair projects including restoration old boats/appliances/ restaurant equip/power tools etc. Our work includes cleaning, repair, sanding painting, welding in a clean shop environment.
