We are looking for a Commercial/Office space Manager/Owner who has a vacant space during a few nights Mainly Weekends from 6pm-12am that is not right near to a residential building. We are serious musicians and the rehearsal space that we used recently burned from the auto shop next door. We were spending $200 a month for the prior location. We are willing to pass on the same to you.
